Shipping Policy

Ben & Dev ships all orders using fastest, safest and reliable method possible. We deliver our products in India, United Arab Emirates, United States, Portugal, and United Kingdom. All our products delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers and these orders can be tracked online through AWB number on respective logistic partner sites. 

Our shipping and processing fees vary depending on the type of products ordered and cover the processing, handling, packing, and delivery of your order. The shipping charges will be system calculated inclusive of applicable GST rates, using PIN code you provide.

Orders will only be delivered at the registered shipping location and the delivery time can be anywhere between 10-20 days depending on stock availability and the shipping location. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the products would be shipped to a single shipping address given. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should order separately based on delivery addresses.

When the product is dispatched for delivery, we will notify you of the same and you will be informed about the estimated time of arrival. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you. The product will be returned to the warehouse if there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product. 

Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:

  • Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer/insect infestations.
  • For all seating products, kindly sit on the item to ensure that the structure is stable with your weight on it.
  • For all products that involve assembly, please ensure that all nuts and bolts are present and they fit well.
  • For all products kept on the floor, ensure that the product stands steady and straight.
