Returns & Exchange

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Ben &Dev. If for any reason you are not happy with any of our products, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for an exchange or full refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

The furniture product range bought online can be only returned in case of manufacturing defect or damaged product delivery and same needs to brought to our notice (via phone/email) within 72 hours from the delivered date.

If any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange. Merchandise that has been reported as in perfect condition by you before return will be charged if the item is received damaged. 

If the product was not received in good condition we may repair/replace the product under warranty terms, however in case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product we may initiate other or offer an alternate product with mutual consent on returning the old product. Replacement of the product may depend upon the availability of the product.

A claim must be filed with customer service notifying them of any defective, missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise within three business days of receipt. At least 1 photo of the damage or defect must be sent to support your claim. Failure to provide photos may delay the claim process and result in a claim denial. 

All original packing material must be kept for return. All items must be sent back in the original packaging.  If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.

Shipping expenses are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error. If that's the case, please contact our customer care immediately to arrange the return and, we will refund all shipping expenses otherwise you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special order furniture.

We will refund the money once we receive the product in its original condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made. Payment made through Credit / Debit cards will be reversed to the same card and, Net banking payment will be reversed to the same bank account.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit/debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
